Becoming a Leadership of Influence

First of all before we start anything,
What is leadership?
Leaders are Individuals that can influence others. Leaders are individuals that stand out in his given calling. Leadership is not what you wish, desire or prays for, it is what you are call into and grow into it. A leader does not wait for votes or to be voted for.
The greatest need of any generations is leadership. God has no need expect the need of leaders. He owns every thing, He is all powerful and all knowing, and so, He is not looking for any thing in life. In the scheme of things, until a leader is found, there is no way forward, the only way forward begins with locating a leader.
Great nations that we see today emerged as a result of leaders. The suffering of the people will continue, until leaders are found in our nation. The people of Israel were in bondage until Moses took up his leadership position. There is no hope for any generation or nations that lack leaders. This is the problem of some of the African Nation, because they lack excellent leaders, the end up become backward. God does not deal with crowd... but with individuals that are ready to take up their positions and responsibilities as leaders. God sees his person through leaders.Nothing on earth is more important than leaders.
A leader is the one that stands in the gap... as a result of your response; so many lives will be activated.
When leaders arise, suffering ends.
Leadership is an open ended process....just any body can be a leader.
